The rooms were clean and comfortable. Half of the staff were friendly, other half were not.
trash containers overfilled inside breakfast area and outside main entrance doors. Pizza boxes left on 3rd floor by elevators a full day/night.

I stayed for 2 nights in an Executive King Room with a sofa bed, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the pull-out sofa was! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was that the door to my room slammed a bit too loudly, but overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for a family getaway! 😊

It was a quick check in and the staff was really nice. The cleaning lady came and I was still in bed and requested for the bed to be made as I left the hotel..to my amazement it was. That's great service!
I had to request to have a refrigerator and microwave .. The young lady quickly brought it to my room. Also we had 2 rooms and mine of course was missing a sofa.. No big deal though. The cleaning lady came and I told her I needed more wash towels. She left me one.. Not two and an extra but one.

The mattresses were so worn out and sunken in the middle that my Husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The comforter was so heavy it had to be removed to sleep, and there were not blankets to use.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a quiet area, just next door to a very nice college town, and Illinois. Actually the room was stocked and good-sized with great beds, pull out couch, extra space. Quiet position was an added bonus. They offered us good meals, had a great selection of options to choose from.
